Biography —
Zaylee Bell is an MA Museum Studies student at the University of Kansas. Her research interests are in museum communication and branding, disability access, community engagement, inclusive representation, and inclusive storytelling. Zaylee was a marketing and events intern at the Ulrich Museum of Art in Wichita, Kansas, during her final year of undergrad. There, she reworked the museum's social media strategy, grew their number exponentially, expanded their reach, and contributed to projects related to fundraising, engagement, and community outreach. All of this culminated in her being able to attend the American Alliance of Museums Conference in Philadelphia over the summer with the staff from the museum.
