Request a Campus Visit

We're excited to have you visit us! Please use this form to help us create the most personalized visit just for you. Be on the lookout for your itinerary via email. In the meantime, please contact Brandy Ernzen at bernzen@ku.edu with questions.

** This will ONLY be used to relay last-minute itinerary changes. We do not cold-call prospective students!
We admit students for the fall semester each year.
Please provide us with your top three dates to visit. We'll do everything we can to ensure our folks are available to meet with you on your preferred date, but having alternatives helps! If possible, please give us two weeks to set up a campus visit. Also, we encourage prospective students to visit while classes are in session. You'll get a much better feel for the campus environment and have more access to faculty and current students. Classes are in session January 22, 2019, through May 17, 2019.
:
What time would you like to start your visit? To get the most out of your visit, we suggest dedicating a full day. However, we will work around your schedule.
:
When would you like to end your official meetings with KU MUSE?
Professional areas include museum management, collections management, museum public education, exhibit design/development, curatorial, etc.
Please let us know if there are faculty, staff or museum professionals on campus you'd like to meet with during your visit.
Please let us know if you'd like to meet with units such as financial aid, the Applied English Center, accommodations, etc., while you're here.
Many graduate-level courses meet once per week for three hours. Sometimes these courses are taught in the evenings as well.
We're no strangers to parents, spouses or families visiting! We're also happy to help recommend fun activities for your guests if you'd prefer to meet with faculty and staff on your own.
We can work with our on-campus partners to provide services for visual, hearing, mobility and other accessibility needs. Please let us know what accommodations you need to get the most out of your time with us.
